Zive AI Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

1. Introduction

This policy guides users through the order fulfillment and credit card payment processes facilitated by the payment processor, Stripe®. It pertains to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as all Agreements. In these documents, "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the user of this website who agrees to the terms set forth by the Company, whether outlined here or specified in a separate agreement. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to Zive AI. The terms "Party," "Parties," or "Us" include both the Client and the Company. These terms define the framework for our engagement, ensuring that we meet your needs in compliance with California state law. Using any terminology in singular, plural, capitalized form, and/or he/she/they, is interchangeable and refers to the same entities or concepts.

2. Fulfillment Policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount at Zive AI. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our commitment to delivering exemplary services and details our refund procedures. Please review this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds. All transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars.

3. Delivery Policy

Zive AI specializes in providing fund administration products and services. These services are delivered to clients electronically or via telephone based on the specific requests and agreements.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the contracted services have not been performed during the specified term.
  • However, refunds or returns may be denied under these circumstances:
    • If the service received matches what was ordered, but you have changed your mind.
    • If you were informed of any issues with the service prior to purchase.
    • If you dislike the purchase or realize it does not meet your needs after receiving it.
    • If you fail to report dissatisfaction within 7 days of receipt.
5. Cancellation Policy

Once a contract has been executed with Zive AI, cancellations are not permitted during the agreed contract period.

6. Project Abandonment

Should there be a failure to respond to Zive AI's attempts to initiate, continue, or finalize service delivery within thirty (30) days, we reserve the right to consider the project abandoned. Consequently, any potential refund may be forfeited as detailed in the original work order.

7. Administrative Fee

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.

8. Making a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with our services and believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please get in touch with us at hello@zive.ai. We will look over your case as soon as possible. Refund decisions are made at our discretion and may be approved or declined based on the circumstances.
